I am solicited by the parents of young players, by the athletes themselves and by the staff. The profiles of the players that I accompany is varied both in terms of levels, age or sporting activity (hopeful, federal, national, international levels - sporting fields: rugby (Accreditation by the FFR), athletics , running, horse riding, JDA wheelchair basketball - teenager, young adult, adult).

My initial training as a psychologist is a major asset in the support process , both for my listening skills, as well as for my skills in understanding and analyzing situations (demand and needs), as well as in the assessment of skills psychological and mental skills of the players. I also ensure the emotional balance of the player, his well-being in general.
I also support you if you have a goal outside the sports world . Mental preparation techniques allow each of us to best mobilize all our resources according to the demands of the situation. These are short, simple, pragmatic methods that can be used by everyone, in all circumstances.
I am generally called upon in the field of stress and emotional management, in order to reduce the effects and to support and strengthen self-confidence, and thus help you to approach more serenely, in all possession of your means, your deadline (professional, personal, leisure, medical).
Finally, part of my professional activity is dedicated to transmission : I work at the University of Burgundy with students of Master 2 PPS (Psychology of performance and sport) and as part of training in mental preparation for the "TOP Consulting" company with trainees, future TOP ®️ practitioners.
